Hey guys, how to quick rig your FBX / OBJ humanoid 3D avatar with fingers by using Maya 2022 and export it as FBX file so that you can use it in any other 3D software like Unreal Engine, Unity, iClone etc?     Why are the bones and controllers of the hands created in the wrong orientation?

    It leaves me a "circle" bone and controller with the wrong direction and deforms my hand when rotating
