Good job making that work. I've tried doing this with UE4 but the head and neck area were always distorted after retargeting. After watching this, I think I should have exported in the T-Pose rather than the A-Pose. I always modify my models and assign (retarget) animations in Blender then export to to UE anyway, so I didn't watch the full video. But surely is a useful tutorial.
