Hey guys, how to design your own new cloth for your CC4 avatar by using Marvelous Designer? You can be an awesome tailor without depending on purchase the existing ccCloth in Content Store and Marketplace. You can be a ccCloth creator! This is my step-by-step tutorial on how to do this! TUTORIAL SUMMARY:
STEP 01
open CC4
load neutral base
apply T-pose
export OBJ without material
STEP 02
load OBJ in Marvelous designer
design a cloth
simulate
export cloth mesh as OBJ without material
STEP 03
import cloth mesh into Blender
unwrap UV
export UV layout PNG
create a texture sample PNG
import texture to Blender
export FBX from Blender
STEP 04
import FBX into CC4
transfer skin weight
save as ccCloth
testing with morph and avatars
design your texture with picture editing software
DONE!
