    that was great tutorial…. but why sparkocamera is so laggy ? I use my web camera and with winodws app camera it was fine then switch to sparkocamera and it was very laggy.

    As you know anime faces are different than real , will it work ?

    Awesome information! Very nice work ๐Ÿ™‚ P.S. I think what I did before was I would download a video from youtube or elsewhere then convert it to image sequences then import that in to Faceware as sequential files. The audio part I download separately from youtube. Then it all works and with audio. However, your way here looks super interesting and I will try that ๐Ÿ™‚

    I think you should have used a different character with a better mouth and lips and audio without background music because your not seeing a good lips syn motion
