I did a mistake in demo of installing this addon, so please follow the steps below. Video is wrong, below are correct steps.

Installation of this addon, please follow these few steps.

Extract the zip file of gltf-blender-importer-master, then, you will get a folder in the content:
io_scene_gltf_ksons

Enter this folder:
C:Program FilesBlender FoundationBlender 2.822.82scriptsaddons

Copy and paste io_scene_gltf_ksons folder into
C:Program FilesBlender FoundationBlender 2.822.82scriptsaddons

OR

Click the “Download Add-on” button above to download the ZIP containing the add-on. In Blender, navigate to File , User Preferences… , Add-ons (or Edit , User Preferences… , Add-ons) and install that ZIP with the Install Add-on from File… button (or Install… button). Then type ‘glTF’ in the search bar and tick the checkbox next to KSons’ glTF 2.0 Importer to enable it.

You can now import glTFs with File , Import , KSons’ glTF 2.0 (.glb/.gltf).

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO INSTALL gltf-blender-importer-master THROUGH BLENDER? Solution is here:

Extract the zip file of gltf-blender-importer-master, then, you will get a folder in the content:
io_scene_gltf_ksons

Enter this folder:
C:Program FilesBlender FoundationBlender 2.822.82scriptsaddons

Copy and paste io_scene_gltf_ksons folder into
C:Program FilesBlender FoundationBlender 2.822.82scriptsaddons
