I need help

I followed through with the steps, but whenever I try to show textures, the model just becomes white with some blonde hair, and there is no fix model option available for me (I do have a mac, and have no idea if that has any influence on that). Do you have a solution to this problem, seeing that I am not the only one who has fix model?

WAIT you mean to tell me that I need both versions of blender for this to work? wouldn't it just be easier to keep the lower version of blender instead also i apologizes if i sound mean i really not trying to be mean I'm just a bit disappointed
