Hey guys, this is my step-by-step tutorial on How to create voice dialogue NPC with subtitles in your Game? Unreal Engine Tutorial. ENJOY! and have fun! happy animation and game developing!!!

Steps short notes:

create a NPC
change the texture of NPC
edit player by adding a capsule
import your wav files

Use Voice Recorder (already in your Windows 10) to record your sound, after you stop, it will automatic saved as .m4a format. Right click and show in folder.

By Using Any Video Converter to convert .m4a to wav. Make all the file name short.
You can convert any video/audio format to any other format,
example: MP3 to WAV, MP4 to MKV etc…
