    I found an easier way. without 3DXchange!!!!
    create character in CC3,
    bring into iclone 7
    animate face and body
    once happy select the body
    go to content>Animation>template>Custom
    click + at the bottom of the content window
    THIS COMBINES AND SAVES ANIMS ( face/body)
    name your animation then right click its icon to find the file
    copy the file you have located and paste into you CC3 template directory (I save in animation>motion under custom )
    now go back and open cc3
    open your character
    apply your new motion
    export as fbx ( set as unreal, make sure to export with motion) or add more custom motion files you saved to do a batch)
    import into unreal!
    happy days!!!!

    at around 23:00 it looks like the body fat was moving a little faster then the shirt fat speed. I would have lowered the body fat total to say 99 and keep the shirt fat at 100 this would probably fix the abnormality. Either way this is great tutorial.
