WORKFLOW (summary of this video):
prepare/record an MP4 video
drag into plask.ai
select the range to extract
export fbx from plask.ai
open 3DXchange, drag in Plask Mocap Mannequin.iAvatar for 3DXchange
drag in the fbx motion exported into Motion library
export as rlMotion file.
export your 3D avatar as FBX from Blender
drag the fbx into 3DXchange
convert to non-standard avatar with T-pose
send the 3D avatar to iClone
drag the rlMotion to this avatar
check time line, set range of animation
export as FBX file
import into Blender
DONE!
